Producers across Indonesia work at very different scales. Some are small operations pressing and drying by hand. Others run certified industrial facilities with lab testing built into every batch. Both are part of this directory. Neither is presented here as the standard, because there isn't one. There are many producers, each with their own way of working.

What we do standardize is how that information reaches you. Every supplier fills in the same fields, specifications like EC value and moisture content, which certificates they hold, what documents they can provide, whether their specs are public or available on request. You're not reading one company's story dressed up as an industry fact. You're comparing what each supplier actually reports, side by side.

If a claim matters to you, ask for the document behind it. Most suppliers already list what's available, and the rest is one message away.
